I have to admit, I don't know much about musicals and how the whole system works, I haven't been to a musical (which was a college production) in probably 25 years. But it would appear the Karate Kid musical just wrapped up about a month worth of shows in Toronto Canada at the Princess of Wales theater.
Ralph Macchio even made an appearance to support the production.
Although the official website (https://www.thekaratekidthemusicaluk.com/ ) doesn't give any information on future shows I will no longer be derelict in my duties and I'll keep an eye on things and post any possible updates.
If it does make it to Broadway one day a trip to New York will be in order.
